These beautiful wings are stitched using a lace embroidery technique.  I pick out each color to layer like an artist uses a paint pallet.  I love wearing asymetrical earrings and these spoke to my heart.  
 
The longest earring is 3.5 inches and the shorter one is 2.5 inches.  The base metal of the lever back earring is stainless steel and they are hypoallergenic (per my supplier)
